Then we will use the different OpenAI plugins to turn the unstructured data into structured data in the process.</p><p>We will also use the Extractor module to do simple extractions.</p><p>I realized after doing this that I could have just used the Regex extractor to get the actual content and menu :) Something I don't show in this case.</p>",
